I'm guessing you are trying partial, so, yeah, that looks good, remember, put all of your weight instantly so you pass out faster, if not it will be painful and probably unsuccessful.

Yea the thing is i can't find the carotid arterys and i have looked on every forum and youtube video posted about it

I've found that leaning forward with the rope at the level where the head and neck meet worked best for me.
