I have been back and forth on this for awhile. 2 weeks ago I finally decided. I'm gonna try tonight. I don't have access to a lot. But I do have a very sharp knife and a bottle of Trazadone. I figure if I take the whole bottle then slice across my throat one or the other will work. I will be in a truck stop parking lot so no one to render aid. Wish me luck.

I'm sorry things are unbearable for you. As other members commented, both trazadone and cutting are very unlikely to be fatal. Failed attempt can make your life worse. I understand you feel like you've run out of options, but please give yourself enough time to read the contents of the resource compilation thread and other resources in this site and choose a reliable method or other paths. Whatever you decide I hope you find your peace.

Fiancé is with me 24/7 so buying in store is out. Only other thing I can think of is Fentanyl. I want this tonight. So please, ideas?

Suicide by train is a shitty, selfish, unethical method. You're going to traumatize, at minimum, the train's driver if not passengers or bystanders. You're dooming them to a life of trauma and they may even kill themselves over it.

Please don't make haste. If you need a certain death, tonight is not the night. To die is not a race. I'm not going to dismiss your urges to leave tonight, but you are obviously not ready or prepared. If you attempt in this condition, it is likely to end up in a miserable failure. Then your fiance will watch you not to ctb again. I just want you to have time to inform yourself and explore the options you've not come across yet.

If you have been indecisive about it, you may potentially change your mind after you have made the decision & have to live life with a scar on your neck that other people will judge you for. Personally I would chose a different method unless you are absolutely hellbent on going out that way
