I can't walk up the stairs without feeling breathless by the end. I'm 22 and I don't have the energy to do anything. I need to get everything ready for ctb, but every task leaves me extremely physically exhausted. Can't pick up an item from the floor without my physicals symptoms spiralling. I don't know what to do. It's only getting worse. My poor friend has CFS and I underestimated how deadly it could be, until it happened to me.

Sorry to hear this. It's a life-changing problem. With CFS there's a kind of heaviness in your body, a reluctance to really do anything, which is difficult to describe. It doesn't translate well to any type of diagnostic setting either, meaning it's difficult to have it taken seriously. I've struggled with permanent exhaustion for so many years that I can't remember what it's like to feel refreshed or energized in any meaningful way. It's a type of slow death in and of itself.
