Not an expert but ondansetron should work as from my understanding it's an antiemetic just like meto. Idk about 40 mins though. I wish you a peaceful departure.

I think ondansetron will work alone, while it's ideal to combine with meto. I've not ever heard someone failed because only ondansetron was taken. And taking it 40 minutes before is good. I'm sorry your life has come to this point. I wish you the best
