09.00 - 10mg meto

17.00- 10mg meto

Around 20.00 it will be my last meal

Day 3

01.00- 10mg meto

08.00- 500 mg paracetamol

08.15- 30mg meto

09.00- 25g sn mixed in 100ml of water

Is this good??

I think this is good protocol as long as your stomach is empty and you have extra bottles prepared nearby. If you puke it up before your body absorbs a critical amount, you might not get the overwhelming effect that produces unconsciousness. I plan on making three, and if I can keep at least the first dose down for 5 minutes, then another shot if I puke, I will proceed. I think I'd only abort if I drank a tiny bit or just kept vomiting.
