I have everything apart from anti vomit medication, but seen as i have had a operation to stop me vomiting that should do the job, just waiting for the right time now to make sure i can't be stopped and left long enough to let me ctb and finally be happy and at peace

Uhm, well i'm not an expert but according to NHS that operation does inhibit the ability to vomit.
The problem is what you ingest? SN?

Believe me, it does inhibit it, it's the whole point of the operation, as i was vomiting every morning for about 4 years, if i do manage to vomit it only allows a little
