That's how I spend most of my time. I lock myself up in my room and I just stare at the wall for hours and hours on end. Of course, I listen to music while I do it. And then I drown myself in all my negative thoughts, experiences and feelings. I'm probably the only weirdo here. But it's oddly relaxing. I only leave my house once a week. And I am never bored, alhamdullilah.

It's relaxing because once you get used to living with constant negative thoughts and feeling you slowly start to find comfort in it. It's familiar, our brains like things that we are familiar with, and thus it's comforting. This type of habit is also incredibly harmful though and the more you do it the more suffering you are inflicting on yourself. It's so comforting, but also so horrifying at the same time.
