First is there any conclusive data that it causes brain damage or not in the failed attempt Second question is is metoclopramide essential? If I Fast by simply doing it in the morning is this sufficient? Also how long do I have to take the antimedic before I can do it. Thank you

many say its very reliable compared to other methods in terms of harm reduction after failure but scientifically, you'd be long gone blacked out before it starts seriously damaging you to that extent, so this shouldnt be a worry really anything that has to do with oxygen starvation will inevitably cause brain damage at a very late stage

Second question is is metoclopramide essential?

yes, metoclopramide is the #2 thing following SN to ensure success it is the most important medication for the protocol unlike the other ones that are only there for more comofrt/pain reduction

If I Fast by simply doing it in the morning is this sufficient?

fasting for SN requires a minimum of 12 hours with the only exception being clear liquids like water and tea, which only need a minimum of 2 hours, do what you want with that information

40-45 minutes before SN (assuming it is not crushed and mixed with water but rather swallowed in whole tablets)
