• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Graduate at 18. Go to uni at 19. Graduate uni with a degree you're not passionate about at 22. Get married at 25. Have kids before 30. Get divorced before 40. Get fucking fat before 50. Die. And if you say, choose to follow your passion or not have kids or something, you're the crazy one.

I hate how self-conscious I feel about myself and my life. I hate how I feel desperate to be like everyone else just to hate it afterwards. I hate how people looked at me weird and ask me things like, "Shouldn't people your age be..." I don't give a fuck. Or, at least, I don't want to give a fuck. Why does that matter? Why can't I just be myself?

Why do we all have to be like everyone else? Why is it strange if I want to shave my eyebrows off or have ten boyfriends or live in a commune or dye my armpit hair or just spend my days playing piano or become a nudist? Why?

Capitalism.
Trust me, people from Soviet Union (or North Korea) had in general often worst envying those from west. I am saying it as being from Eastern Europe socialist country that turned capitalist (but not that much as USA-we have "free" healthcare, some benefits and similar, paid by taxes we pay ). You had to work and work also, the best if you were udarnik. I guess the issue is unfortunately LIFE itself :/. For food you have to work, for clothes, for heat, even for when you want to sleep-a bed. Maybe retirement is better, but then, someone still has to prepare your food, put the coal in the power station and so on. Yup, so I guess life is a problem.

This world is run by people who were raised in the factory line, so of course, they agree with it. Unfortunately, most people have the same views as their parents, since most parents treat their children badly if they do not comply, which is why so many people are natalist, anti-suicide and anti-freedom despite it making no sense. I strongly believe that this world will never improve in that respect, but at least you can rebel against this world in your own way if you are lucky enough to be financially independent. I fully understand wanting to be yourself, sadly that is something you have to fight for.
