Here is my plan...

20g sn Is this ok? Do I need to fast for 24 hours?

8 hour fast should be enough on the day (4 hours is enough to clear your stomach contents). Don't get too weak the day before.

Very weird holding this little bottle. Have meto and plan to get acid reducer soon. Very odd having this level of control in my hands.
I plan to go during this month.
I will have no benzos but do have pregablin hoping that will help the procedure.

Do you live alone? If you live with other people... did they notice the packages arriving?

A friend signed for it but asked no questions. If asked was going to say it's for cleaning waterproof jackets. I have found no one has heard of it usually and wouldn't be curious. Members of this forum have heightened awareness of these things.
I have read most posts and advice about it and decided that with the proper regimen of meto etc it is my best chance of a peaceful departing.
I have carers in the mornings and I regret they will have to find me, but it must be to some extent part of their job as they mostly visit elderley and Ill people. I plan to make a bucket list now and see a few places from my history before I go.

What is the role of pregabalin? When should I take it?

I dont know if my pregablin will help but is the only thing I can get with any kind of sedative effect. I m kind of hoping for some advice on this myself.

PPH recommends 25 g now I think. SN is dose dependent and not weight dependent. I plan on 25 g but it's ok to take more than that. Just don't take less than that. There is a new SN thread that has all of this information compiled. Refer to that for the latest info.

I felt peaceful but a little odd when my SN arrived. It felt good to have a sense of control over that aspect of my life as well. I ordered more SN to have on hand so I have more than one bottle. I thought of even geocaching some of it in areas where I have gone camping alone. I have no need to worry about anyone taking my stuff since I rent a room and pretty much an by myself. No one snoops thru my things or watches what I do. I know that's a concern for some people on here.
