all of a sudden i cant attempt to ctb anymore, its like i physically cant put the rope around my neck anymore, almost like something is stopping me, is that a good thing? for context i had almost ctb'd like 2 weeks ago, and that was the closest i got. I had been spiralling until that day, and now i feel weird, sometimes good, sometimes exhausted, but not as bad as before the last attempt. What happened?

It just happens. I was preparing my SN just a week ago and getting antiemetics. But now I don't feel like doing it even tho I still want to die.

I would say this is a good thing. Trust it and chances are it will make sense later.
