Venting i feel like im getting back to the worst version of myself

I relapsed not long ago and cut again today right after school, my classmates took pictures of me on the bus. Im starting to get back into my addictions (18+, drinking) and im just suicidal as fuck. for the first time in a while i regret having to open my eyes in the morning and there is just so much stress off of everything. Can you not just shut the fuck up and leave me a day to rest? at the same time i feel so jealous for not telling my friends anything like i used to. Just let me die in peace
