So I was planning on going in September I told my roommate her girlfriend could move in then and the plan was she was going to go out there for a few weeks to help her move that would be my window to go. Well now with this corona stuff I'm here with my roommate and her girlfriend packed up her stuff and is headed here this week before a full lockdown sets in. I like my roommate and everything but I can't let that be the only reason I stay which is the point I'm at but also I know what it would do to her if she would be the one to find me...

If I understood correctly, you don't want her to find you. In this case you can send delayed message to e.g. police or ambulance. These structures have emails, so they will read your delayed message and take your body before your roommate finds you.

Yeah I also don't want her to have to see me being taken out either. I was planning to use the delayed message while she was away.

This is an excellent idea and it's what I plan on doing. The local police have a 'crime-stoppers' email address to report tips that I'll be using.
