Method I don't know what method to use to CTB

I want to CTB but I don't know how. I live in an area where it'd be extremely difficult to get a gun and I think I'd have trouble getting stuff to OD on. I prob could hang myself but I'd prefer a more painless method. Any suggestions?

I hate how it's purposely made so difficult to cease existing, I wish there was a straightforward way to leave, it's so cruel how there isn't. But anyway I hope you eventually find the freedom you wish for.
