well, the quickest and most lethal would probably be a gun.. which is why i'm jealous of americans.

I think SN is the best method to ctb imo

Jumping
Train (don't do this)
various vehicle accidents (don't do these either)
Hanging
OD (with the right stuff)
Cutting/stabbing
Various poisons including SN
CO or other gasses
Old age (the most successful method)
