Discussion i don't feel anger.

anyone else rarely feel anger? out of all the emotions there are, i feel this one the least. i can get frustrated with myself and others sometimes, but im never really angry. i think part of the reason why i don't feel anger is because i accept everything as it is, and inadvertedly i don't ever seek for much change. there is nothing to change about others, because it's not my business. and i don't feel anger towards myself but moreso disappointment.

It's fairly rare I'm outright angry. I actually tend to feel frightened when I'm angry too because, I'm not sure what to do with that emotion and, I just want rid of it. I usually exercise or something to try and reduce the intensity.

I do feel a lot of resentment though- which I suppose, is related to anger. I'm also sometimes frustrated/ verging on angry with myself when I mess up work stuff.

Maybe it has to do with depression and low expectations of life?
