The closet bar when i pulled on it really hard it started bending very slightly and i got scared. I dont know what to do now. I dont have another method. Im scared. Ill have to wait to jump but i dont think ill be able to do it. Should i still go with hanging?

breathe. it's okay. it's understandable to get scared by something like that. does it seem like it will definitely keep bending or collapse with more force? if so then it probably isn't a good enough anchor point.

for now i would take a step back, don't try to continue with it tonight. hanging can be tricky and when it comes time, you should be sure that you're doing it correctly and with a secure anchor point. i can't really recommend which method is better (imo hanging but i don't know your full situation and what's available to you), but you still have options, so just breathe for now.

If I were you, i would postpone it a bit until you have time to research methods more deeply. You really can't fuck this up, because some methods can literally leave you with brain damage if done incorrectly (hanging in unreliable places = hanging done incorrectly). I do understand your despair, but giving yourself some more time to think would be beneficial. Sending hugs

Ive tried fsh with it before and it didnt seem to bend or break but now im not sure. Would partial suspension still work tho? Or fsh with the rope over the door. I want to avoid jumping because i know that i wont be able to go through with it

if you've tried FSH with it before, then maybe it is okay? you could try suspending yourself from the bar for a couple seconds, like not with the rope but by holding onto it with your hands, and see if it feels secure even if you thrash around a bit.

partial suspension is possible (though it still depends on the strength of the bar). FSH with the rope over the door is possible too. there should be threads on here with tips on both, so look for those to make sure you're doing it right.
