I can’t stop thinking about my family

I tried it twice, went to the shelter and waited for a while. But I couldn't make it.

Despite everything that which makes me think that I 'have to' be gone in a few day, I can't stop thinking about my family. I need some advice.

It is really hard to stop thinking about your family and how this may affect them but remember this is your life and choice.....we all die and we all grieve for all you know one of ur family members could die any time and you and the rest of ur family will grieve and eventually ye will all move on and still live, it gets easier in the family but they wont ever forget.....
