Venting I can't find my carotid arteries and I feel so stupid

I've been trying for days and it feels like I've pressed every spot on my neck but I can't find them. I feel so stupid and useless that I can't even figure out something as simple as this. I keep seeing people say it's easy, I've looked at every diagram posted here, I feel like I tried everything. Even when I tried to partially hang myself I was never able to find them. I'm just so frustrated because hanging is my preferred method, but maybe it's not for me. I wish I could pay someone to blood choke me to death but I'm sure that is very illegal lol.

Do you happen to be acquainted with someone in a medical or scientific field? If you are, then simply ask them as if you were doing so out of curiosity. If not, then maybe ask a doctor or other medical professional during a routine appointment. Again, frame your inquiry as one of curiosity to avoid suspicion.
A skilled martial artist may also be able to assist you, as blood chokes are a move in several martial art forms such as judo.
