I think it would be a better idea to drink one more or stop drinking. But not CTB. If you take too much Effexor, you will develop a serotonin syndrome, Believe me, it's obv not the desired state.

Here are some symptoms of serotonin syndrome:
- Agitation or restlessness
- Confusion
- Rapid heart rate and high blood pressure
- Dilated pupils
- Loss of muscle coordination or twitching muscles
- Muscle rigidity
- Heavy sweating
- Diarrhea
- Headache
- Shivering
- Goose bumps
- High fever
- Seizures
- Irregular heartbeat
- Unconsciousness
