Considering that it's basically only a slightly stronger antihistamine, it would take a lot. not reliable.

not recommended, unfortunately no matter the amount of dosage it wont kill you, but it would make matters worse. This is what i have learned here form the community, generally OD is not a reliable method and only makes matters worse like cramps, liver damage, ER and psychiatric ward . i personally have discarded OD as a method. I have prescription for Hydroxyzine it is for anxiety and compared to antihistamine.

I took 1g of hydroxyzine trying to get high and it gave me a prolonged QT interval for a few days. I had to be in critical care, but no lasting damage.

Pretty much Benadryl. Isn't going to do much. I used to get it prescribed.

As with most ODs it is inherently a gamble.

I munch on high-ish hydroxyzine doses semi-regularly to avoid life. Still here and kicking, so take that how you will.

Someone said 220 put them in the hospital and "would have killed without intervention" according to them but you know how that works

Not a reliable method and taking too much cam cause you to start to have hallucinations.
