Confusing.
Atleast for me I have no idea how I feel or what to feel anymore. I feel everything yet nothing at the same time. I could go into more detail but that'll be an essay.

(This is with my severe depression) Mental breakdowns crying when you search what happens (pain wise) if you decide to go through with the end. the days feeling like nothing happened even if you do something. Trying to hide your pain from everyone and failing miserably at it
:my personal problems- seeing people you love and knowing that they would hate you if you admitted to what you did to their dogs, seeing dogs and only feeling sad that I would have hurt them if left alone with them, depressed mom who wants an irreversibly broken son to "get better" sending useless motivational quotes that are as effective as a hang in there poster with a cat
Heck seeing dogs I used to hurt makes it worse than ever

Why doesn't anyone address the root cause of depression? Depression is a SYMPTOM. There are MANY subtypes, including: d/t toxic burden, concussion/TBI, GI disturbances, vitamin/nutrient deficiency, hormonal imbalance, neurotransmitter imbalance, brain network issues d/t trauma: physical/emotional, limbic hijacking, and lack of purpose.
