Discussion How were you found?

This question is mainly to people who tried partial hanging or hanging because that's the method i'm interested in. I really don't want to fail so I'd like to hear your stories about how you where found and what could have prevented it, so that I don't make the same mistakes.

The only time I was found was attempting in a psych ward on camera watch, I think there's enough said there.
