Help How to restrain your hands in seconds permamently?

The only method accesible to me is several plastic bags over my head secured with tape. I will be home alone only for enough to them not hearing me scream, not enough for hanging. Anyway

The problem is that I need to restrain myself from taking it off in like 20-30 seconds before panic will kick in.So I need to restrain my hands behind my back permamently. Any ideas?

Choking is not that paifull to me. SN would be a world worse. Poisoning, nah

What about handcuffs? You can get magicians handcuffs for pretty cheap. They do have a quick release tab, but you can cut that off fairly easily.

Ouch. With SI you'd probably be strong enough to break them and cause damage to your hand and rip the bag off.

You could try duct taping your hands to a chair first would be easy, second not so sure.

You think so? yeah, I know adrenaline is a hell of a drug. But they're still made of steel, and steel chain. But duct tape is strong enough?
