How to make Exit Bag?

Hi all I want to learn how to make an exit bag. I want something not claustrophobic and easy to pass out in with sleeping pills. What do I need. Can you link me? The EEBD hoods are claustrophobic like the scuba mask with the breathing piece sticking close to your face.

This is the link that I sent you several days ago, with full instructions on how to make an exit bag.
However, you will not be passing out from sleeping pills with this method, that's not how the method works, you'll be passing out within 15-20 seconds from the nitrogen itself.

Thank you very much. I'll begin my journey. So sleeping pills won't at least help? If I experience the exploding head feeling again during those 20 seconds I won't be able to continue through.
