How can i hide my intentions from my family. I am so committed to doing this and wont back out for anyone. I need to be at peace.

I don;t know about you, but I just keep pretending I'm ok. You just have to say you are fine and have a calm voice, that's what I do at least.

Thank you for your help, you have been useful by providing advice on what i could do if i did want help, but unfortunatly i dont. I am not going till augast so a long time to wait yet.

Well for me I just act like i'm okay. I would joke around, laugh, socialize and act like nothing is wrong with me.

I am generally open an honest about it. I just pretend I'm ok for my very elderly grandma though. I just smile and say everything is great.
