How to do the blood test with sn without converting the nitrite to nitrate?

Isnt that what happens when sn gets exposed to air? Even if the sample i take its very little, the bag will still be opened

Agree. Ive read that in other posts. A brief amount of time having it open just to get a sample out wont ruin it all, if you seal it back up quickly.
