How to avoid a wellness check in USA ordering from DMC

I'm wondering if we're ordering SN and live in the US how can we avoid getting a wellness check? Is there a way to have it mailed to like a PO Box and can we use a fake name? I've heard we have to give ID upon receiving it so I don't know.

That's like the only thing stopping me from ordering and I want to order before it goes away again. I really the last thing I need is a wellness check. I'm sure I could research it, but I've got cognitive fatigue from my autoimmune issue and it's really hard for me to focus and read sometimes so I'm curious if anyone has any insights on this I'm not trying to have a wellness check. I could be wrong. I don't think you would get a wellness check out of the blue in the US unless you told someone, or someone in your house found your SN.

I have same problems with autoimmune diseases and others. Trying to research and remember. I don't know where to order SN. Is it not sold in the US? So it has to go through customs? Have you found anyone in the US who knew a place to order and got it with no problem? Thanks
