Before I came to SS, I thought it was possible to die like that but thanks to this forum I know it's not so easy and the least lethal method.

So is this scene exaggerated?

yes. cutting is very hard for anyone to do. it's also a netflix show for teens, so it's not meant to be realistic in the first place. i remember watching it in high school and thinking it was artsy at the time, but now i think it spreads misinformation.
