How much OTC sedatives should I take？

I'm planing to use OTC sedatives(Dimenhydrinate Tablets) since I can't get benzos :( I'm wondering how many mg I should take to make sure I experience the least discomfort after SN ingestion. Are there any medical people on here that could help me with this? Thanks in advance :)
