How many pills can someone take before it becomes an issue?

I can get phenobarbital but it's 100mg pills and I heard the lethal dose is 20g (So this would be 200 pills). How many pills can someone swallow before it becomes unbearable to take more/vomiting and nausea occurs or intense stomach pain?
