How many mg's of olanzapine do i need for SN method?

I use 15 mg's of olanzapine at evenings daily and I want to learn how many mg's or how many pills do i need as an antiemetic for SN method? And how many hours before SN i need to use it?

By the way I'm not sure about CTB yet, but i want to plan everything just in case.
