10:30 am Meto 10 mg
2:30 pm Meto 10 mg
6:30 pm Meto 10 mg
10:30 pm Meto 10 mg
No Drinking
2:30 am 2 Motrin 2 Tylenol
2:50 am Meto 30 mg
3:10 am 0.5 mg Xanax and make 2 SN drinks
3:30 am Drink 1 SN drink, lay on right side, suck on lollipop

SN Drink:
50 mL water
25 g SN
0.8 g crushed propranolol

Anything superfluous/missing/incorrect?

Thats a Lot of meto, but if You can handle, i Guess it's fine.
Benzos look quite los, but they are not the most important ingredient, which is the sn, and You got it right.
