Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Is a 6'5 door tall enough for full suspension if I'm 5'1? About how far will I go down from initial height if it's a about 6' off the ground tightened around my neck(likely more than 6' but just in case)?

I know other procedures for using a door as an anchor such as checking the hinges and door for durability, wrapping the rope around the door so that the doorknob doesn't break, type of rope, knots, etc. Whatever I have on my other threads about this is what I will do.

Should be enough i suppose, you just need to not be able to reach the ground with your toes

In's recommend that you should measure your neck circumference now calculate that the circumference will reduce to half its size so that number can be used to say that you will go down that much and also always calculate that ropes do stretch a little bit maybe 5-10cm but thats it I'd say no other factor plays a role. Use good strong knots and a strong anchor and it all should work.

What I find interesting is that there are so many videos and pictures of people who did hang themself and to me it definitely looks like they wanted to do fsh but they ended with feet on the ground but they still died. It makes good sense once you lost concioosness And even if your feet are on the ground there is still pressure on your carotids
