just curious as spring comes upon us in the northern hemisphere. i've heard that suicide season is typically highest in march april and may, as spring arrives. i'm wondering as to how people on here feel

I don't particularly like spring due to the arrival of allergies that make me feel like I have a cold 24/7.
Plus in winter at least the ambience matches the inner world of a depressed person, while spring is the opposite.
Don't know if that made any sense
