Help How do you combat crippling loneliness?

Ever since my partner left I've had no one to go to when I feel so alone. Hardly any friends, no lover anymore, I just feel so empty like someone has dug out a hole in my chest, I have to hug myself just to feel even a tiny bit ok.

Spending time on the internet, I think it as some sort of digital playground... I also have some dolls and soft toys around the house... Would be kinda funny if I had picture of some one smiling at me.
