Id like to use some of the recovery mega threads to help assist me in trying to improve my mental health however I'm not used to forum based communities so I have a couple questions.
How do I "join" in a megathread? Some are years old and I feel rude if I don't read through everything and respond to everything.
Do I need to read and respond to everything? Or would I just jump in with my own piece
Is there a general guideline on how to format post or replies in regards to threads?
Thanks

depends on which thread. maybe scan through it for information that might be helpful to you, but i wouldnt feel obligated to read every single one, thats a lot of stress to put on a person and the opposite of helping recovery.
for the most part just jump in with your own thoughts. its probably safe to look at the last couple though.
and if its an old one dont worry about it. 🫂
