I talk big but whenever there's a perfect chance to CTB, I pussied out. I really want to end it all but my brain just never allowed it.

I'm too much of a coward and I don't want to cause my mom any more grief.

I'm 30, no career, no future, no path to walk, have really serious social anxiety and anger issues. I spent all my life shutting inside my room and is ignorant of the world.

I'm not looking for handouts just... idk, a pointer, somewhere to go. Maybe an online therapist or career guidances or something.

I'm sorry for rambling, I just don't know what to do.

Hi, I totally understand. I'm a bit younger than you, but I feel like I am somewhat in a similar boat. I can't find a job even though I am trying so hard, and I just keep feeling like a failure. What has helped me is looking up career job fairs and typically jobs in your county are pretty good regarding benefits and whatnot, so I would look into that. If you don't have a job and want to start at the ground up, look for companies that pay for your schooling. That could be a tremendous help.

I don't know how to recover myself, so I don't know how I could help you unfortunately other than expressing my condolences for your inability to do so thus far in spite of your best efforts~ :( and social anxiety is truly awful, and I'm sure anger issues aren't great either~ >_< You can always feel free to vent here if you like and explain your thoughts in greater detail about things! ^_^ there's also a Recovery Resources megathread stickied here if you think anything there will help~ :) maybe an opportunity will spring up or you can look into one~ idk~ >_< rn, I'm trying to do a bunch of volunteering in the hopes that maybe I can get hired somewhere~ unfortunately, paying to work somewhere isn't exactly ideal and so far, it just makes me sewer slidal on the job even tho I'm not allowed to express it... :(

I'd be careful with online therapists. Often they seem to have bugger all training. Better to go through official routes where accreditation is verifiable.

I live in a small city in a 3rd world country, actual face-to-face therapists only available in big cities which is 100+km away to the nearest one.

I can't travel there every week, the cost would be astronomical.

Thanks, I'm looking into getting a certificate but I'll have to find something to support myself while studying.

Who knows there are so many steps before after and between those 2 tasks lol?
