Help how do I make a support ticket and edit/delete posts?

so I was just trying to edit one of my posts when I reloaded and wasn't able to. also couldn't delete. wanted to make a support ticket to ask but not able to do that too.

wait for some reason I'm able to edit this one.

but now I noticed I can't do that with any other.

the option isn't there.

FYI you can only edit posts for up to 6 hours after you make them.

After 6 hours you have to do as Dot said and report your own post and say you want it deleted.
