The solution would take far too long. Eat lots of fatty and high sugar foods for a number of years. Be an alcoholic.

It doesn't really pan out to a short term solution. How are you friend?

This is a lifestyle disease.

Similar to diabetes, it takes a prolonged period of poor dieting, exercise, and stress to take affect. Typically, these sorts of diseases come around when you are in your mid 40's. It's not a pleasant way to go out. Prolonged illnesses aren't the direction you seek.

No. I was going to go to the Hoover Dam Bridge. Unfortunately I can't because of my parents. It would break them and they've been good to me. I hate being trapped in this hell
