I plan to CTB using SN in a hotel room so that my grandma's home isn't tainted. I saw a really good comment on a different post about how a CTB in a hotel room should be handled, but I just can't find it again.

How should I go about it? I want to leave a note alerting staff who enter my room that police should be called because I have CTB'd in the bathroom or adjacent room. But I'm just worried about all the variables as I know that staff will enter your room sometimes. My current plan is to rent for two days, CTB the first day and leave a note on the inside for when they come to check on me after I miss check out. Is this realistic? I want a full undisturbed 24 hours after I CTB to ensure I'm successful. But I'm unsure how to do that without giving away what I'm doing too soon.

Any advice would be appreciated

Set a scheduled message/ email to someone you know, to alert authorities to check your room. could be police or the hotel themselves.

Police don't seem to have an email. I'll have to send it to the hotel itself because I really don't want someone I know to have to call the police and panic

The hotel is probably good, and/or anyone who would be responsible enough to take it seriously and call the police.
Doesn't have to be a personal friend or family.
Hotel email might bounce (maybe try it first, make sure they reply). Probably a good idea to send to more than one recipient or more than one email to different people.

I really don't want to do it, but it's sounding more and more like I'll have to send that email to my mom if I want things to go smoothly

Why wouldn't the staff call the police to collect a body
It's that the email might fall through and then my body will be there longer than it needs to be. And that an innocent person may find my before police do

In that case, a scheduled email would work. Or maybe a timed text message if they don't check their email inbox every day.
