Venting hoping the world ends or nuclear war happens

i think that the only way i would finally chill out is if some crazy space stuff or if a nuclear war started and it was pretty much confirmed that i was going to die no matter what i did. it's kind of relaxing to think of a scenario where you don't have to worry about the future, college, friends, or anything. i also wish that the worst things someone can go through happened to me so that people will understand why i wanted to kill myself, compared to me being depressed that i live in a nowhere suburb, my parents hate me, and i'm a loser neet that has awful social skills. if i got in some fucked up accident or was beaten and mugged, then i would "have a reason". ironically, i feel like i had more reasons to kill myself as a child than i do now.

everyone else's lives would suck if a big meteor was about to hurtle into earth and turn the planet into a burning hellscape, but i would relax and lay in bed watching youtube videos before getting incinerated. my skeleton would be watching a jerma clip compilation. if there was only a few minutes or hours left in my life i'd just do what i always do.

I used to think the similar way. Something catastrophic so you don't have to worry about anything in this world.

I started to think about this since 2022(?), when the world gone crazy. Opportunity of world end doesn't scare me anymore and sound comforting.

Unfortunately, after death the life ends only for you and that's what bother me the most.

I've thought the same and still do sometimes, because I want the people that hurt me to get karma, but it doesn't even equal to the amount of pain they did.

Same. If I learned everyone was going to die for whatever reason and nothing could be done to stop it, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I'd just think "oh sweet new ctb method unlocked" and continue rotting in front of my computer, waiting for the end. At least I wouldn't have to go to work the next day.

We've all been handed a shit hand in life in this era, unless you're rich. A comet would be the salvation of mankind at this stage. 3i atlas didn't even get close.

I have to say though you're still in what sounds like a good housing situation, so you still have a chance to keep attempting to solve your problems.
