here my plan with SN for tomorrow.

i took 2 x 10mg meto today, gonna take 1 more before i sleep.

then tomorrow i will fast after breakfast.
I used Metoclopramide as meto, Kremil-S as antacid, Paracetamol and 25g of SN.

9-10AM - 10mg Meto (Im not sure what time i will get up lol)
5PM - 10mg
0AM -2x 500mg Paracetamol (drink with as little water as i can)
0:15 AM - 3 x 10mg Meto (drink with as little water as i can)
0:30 AM - 4 pills of Kresmil-S (chewing)
1:00 AM- dead drink made with 25g SN (1 heaping tablespoon) and 50ml water.

things i concern:
1. stan said try not to drink water 2 hours before taking SN but i have to use water to consume meto and paracetamol (i will try to drink as little as i can)
2. afraid that i dont use the right amount of SN, i don't have a decent scale, i hope a heaping tablespoon is right, or maybe i try 2 table spoons just for sure?
3. I will be discovered if i make any sounds, in case vomitting happens, can i vomit without making any sound?
4. I haven't tested my SN yet, if the purity is less than 99% then will it still work?

Drinking water and sipping enough to wash down pills are totally different. It's fine. Even when you have to avoid drinking for surgery and stuff, the doctors say you can take medications with a little water.

3. If you've ever vomited before, you should know if you tend to vomit loudly or quietly. It's not something you can control.

4. Stan's guide says minimum 95% purity.

Those are not strict rules. Recently one girl from this forum CTB after a meal and she didn't even have a full dose of SN. I think she took 2-3g of SN and that was enough. Everyone is different though...

What "girl" on this forum are you talking about? If there was any such thread, please provide a link. I've been on this forum daily for two months and there has been no such thread. If there was, there would have been a shit storm.

If this did happen (and I'm not sure, because I never saw an account like this), it is not the norm and is a poor example.

Misinformation is harmful, and while small adjustments should be ok to fit a person's unique situation, there is a solid protocol in place for a reason. It is proven to work. Why add confusion?

15 grams comes out to 1 tablespoon, so for the 20 - 25 grams of SN suggested in the guide, that would be around 1.3 to 1.5 tablespoons. If you're going for the 20 grams that's advised for "regular-sized" people, 20 grams is around 1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon. Who would have thought that all that time I spent cooking would come in handy here!

The guide says that any purity above 95% is acceptable.

Thank you for sharing the link. Agreed that she took 2-3g, but there's no way of knowing if she died. She stopped posting, and her profile is set to not show her activity.

Curious as to why you made the statement "those are not strict rules" regarding following the regimen.

Ok, right. Like @GoodPersonEffed says, there's no way of knowing the outcome.

I missed this post of hers, but she did something very similar last month with pills. The only facts we have are she says she drank a small amount of SN and then stopped posting, therefore it's not good to tell people following the method as proven is not strictly necessary. There isn't enough evidence to say.
