Need some advice.. on methods. Looking for fast and reliable. Can't have a failed attempt. Any and all advice welcome.
Can't afford n and have little resources.
Wondering if a full bottle of Benadryl crushed in water and 3 shots of epi in the heart would work to cause cardiac arrest?

I understand you're probably hurting a ton right now and I'm so sorry.

But as much as it does, this sounds really unreliable. You might have to take a step back here and take some time to put together a solid plan for this.

I just don't want for things to get worse for you if this fails and you end up with some other issues or in a psych ward.

Joe's given you excellent advice. I hope you find balance and that things start going right for you.

Have a look at the rescourses thread and read the PPH book that's in there. I would say don't rush into it because that might only complicate things for you. I wish you all the best and if you need anything you can always reach out to me
