Help HELP with SN protocol

Hi guys. I just ordered my SN, hoping it'll be here in around a week. I'm putting together my plans and I just have a few questions, if anyone has any answers i'd be super grateful:

1. I'm fairly used to not eating too much so was planning to fast for 24 hours, is that enough?
2. I know a water fast is also advised, how long should this be? And also can you still take a little water with pills while doing this? I'm really bad at dry swallowing tablets so would probably have to do this
3. I was planning on sleeping a few less hours the night before and also taking a few sleeping aids (Nytol) around 30 mins before the SN to try and make the whole process of reaching unconsciousness a little easier. Does this seem like a good idea?
4. I am using prochlorperazine as my antiemetic, as it is OTC in the UK. I know people talk a lot about Meto, but will prochlorperazine still work fine? and does anyone know how much I should take?
5. I do not have an antacid although can easily get one of course. I'd seen conflicting information about them though so should I?
6. I'm planning on taking the SN probably around 1AM. I have a flatmate that i'm planning on scheduling a text message for the next day (rather than a note), what time would you recommend scheduling that for (keeping in mind i'd rather it be as soon as is safe to)?

I can help with some of this

24 hours fast is way more than enough

I believe a 2 hour water fast. Also you have to put the SN in water so I think a bit to help with pills should be fine

8 hours after you take the SN should be enough time.

Hey can you provide any assistance on where you were able to order your sn? I'm in the United States and have been having difficulties finding a source.
