I don't really know much about ctb by hanging . Do you think I can make it by hanging from a shoelace? I weigh 49 kg (108 lbs) and I'm around 168 cm (5'6"). The hanging point is literally at my height and it seems to hold my weight just fine. Also, should I use a full or partial hang? Any help or extra tips would be great since I don't know much about this.

IDK... people have thrashed around like maniacs after passing out. The hook looks small in the photo. On the upside, that door looks very solid. Maybe use that instead.
