Metoclopramide starts acting within half an hour to an hour after taking a single dose. Once the action starts, the single dose effect lasts for about 1-2 hours, and half of it is eliminated from the body in 5-6 hours after ingesting it via urine. Only a pharmacist or a doctor can accurately advise the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of this drug specific to your body's physiology. Please consult a professional before self-medication. Feel free to pm me if you have any question.
