Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So I tied my gymnastic rings around a strong support beam. And around my neck where my Adam's apple is. I pressed as hard as I could for 30 second(I am in good shape so when I press hard it's hard.) I quickly came up expecting to pass out and I didn't. I tried this multiple times, including yesterday and it didn't work.

Update nvm, I am going to have to figure something else to use. I finally figured it out. I leaned in quick I blacked out within a few seconds than saw one of the straps on the floor-it snapped in half that is what I get for using old rings. Have a great night all.

No man it needs to be above adams apple so the carotid arteries get tied down
Just use your thumb and pointing finger to locate them then you will understand better

Just try hanging on it with your arms using your full weight.
But it will probably hurt pretty bad because it looks really thin and will cut into your neck

Thanks. That does make sense. However I read in that the ligature should go on base of neck ("How to Hang") I'm practically dizzy from all the contradictory info. I don't have an Adams apple. But am thinking about the windpipe and how to prevent the pain. Ugh. Thanks. I don't want to disseminate wrong info. so please delete if this is wrong.
Thank you.

You cannot exactly prevent all the pain.
The idea is to put the rope above the adams apple/ slightly below your jaw so the windpipe does not get restricted and you are still able to breath normally until it goes black (5-15 secs)
The only reason to worry about the pain is to go thru with it I appreciate your help here. Sucks not to be able to do this right. Ugh. More reading and prep. Wish I had friends like you in my life.
I would combine them (try to get the nooses on the same height or as close as possible).
The chance of both the electric cable and the air hose breaking should be near zero.

I'm sorry for the delay. According to reading, you should pad your neck with a facecloth or something soft but thin so your neck isn't pinched yet it won't interfere with compression. I was trying to find the link, but an unable right now, to "Stephen's Directions." Anyway, I have consistently read that padding the neck makes it easier to go unconscious since the pain won't be as intense. Hope this helps.
wowith what?
