Head in a bear trap method

I'm wondering if any has thought about this method at all.

Sure. I even did a practice run with a mousetrap. It didn't work.

I have no intentions of doing this. But it was just another random thought that passed through my demented mind. So i was curious about it

I doubt this is a serious question, but just in case, you do realize it likely won't decapitate you, right? Those traps have wicked teeth that will bite into your neck and crush your throat. Pleasant.

Well, funny you say that last week I was theorising about it. I knew I was never going to do that but still thought it through.

First, it would not be a good method. There are so many other methods out there like hanging, it's like why would I go through a method that hasn't been discussed much.
Another thing is that not a lot of research has gone into this. Like we don't know will we go unconscious instantly or will we feel it or will it not be fatal?

I would really advise going against it. It is too unpredictable and you don't know the outcome. Please choose a different method. Maybe jumping?

I'm very aware that it won't decapitate you. Unless you rig that sucker somehow, i can think of a few things. It also might break your neck too.. in a certain way that is fatal. Again.. i thing we all agree this might not be to most pleasant/ideal way to CTB

This isn't the kind of interest in suicide I have and I find it a bit unnerving

Ive been to the swapmeet browsing many times since then,and always hope to see those beartraps again,so I can buy them,but never do.

Drinking heavily could help. Pass out.. head hits the trap. Yes i am aware that timing would be a factor and good aim
