Im cripplingly lonely. Seeing people my age have fun and going outside with friends makes me wanna rope knowing I'll never have that. I have had online friends over the years but we always never last long, either i ghost them or they ghost me. I dont think i can befriend anyone with the way i am because I'm a NEET and no one wants to befriend a boring useless leech. I wish to have friends so bad but i don't know what's it like to have friends or what they normally talk about. I've heard they usually play games but i dont have any cool consoles or a PC that'll allow me to play games together. I also don't have any interesting hobbies as i just waste my time on the phone. I'm so pathetic

Schedules are usually busy and many people are reluctant to invest themselves in another because of the time it would take. However, there can be ways to make connections.
Sometimes libraries will host events open to the public for people to play board games. If your library doesn't do this, you might suggest it to them. Sometimes golf clubs or tennis clubs will match single members up with each other. One can take cooking or swimming classes as a way to meet people. One can explore clubs like toastmaster or even amateur radio. There are things like churches and volunteer work. Experimentation and exploration might turn up something unexpected. Showing an interest in others can open a door to friendship.

I've never had a real friend in my 19 years of life. I've given up on friendship. I will probably give up on romantic relationships soon

Give yourself grace because it's hard to make friends in general let alone in this very unfriendly world we live in. People can be very cruel and unpredictable but there are very kind people who would love to be your friend so please don't give up.

i haven't had any irl for 11 years
i don't really expect to form any friendships now. i just try to be kind and maybe i'll make an acquaintance at most. i've found online friendships (just everything online at this point lol) to be more unhealthy for me actually. better to focus irl even if it is harder.
I have one online friend. Loveliest person i ever met. And that one friend is worth more than a million friends. I wish i could experience the things real life friends do like hangouts or just stupid things with them. But if we were irl I'm pretty sure i would've messed it up or couldn't have been that close with her. Can't even play video games together because I don't have any consoles or a PC laptop anything. Just this old phonei haven't had any irl for 11 years i don't really expect to form any friendships now. i just try to be kind and maybe i'll make an acquaintance at most. i've found online friendships (just everything online at this point lol) to be more unhealthy for me actually. better to focus irl even if it is harder.

I think the negative way you see yourself may affect how you socialise with others; believing no-one will want to be your friend because you don't deserve them is self destructive. I feel a similar way and understand these feelings are hard to get rid of, but is harder to love others when you don't love at least some part of yourself. Instead of finding hobbies so other people find you interesting, maybe find hobbies you feel you might enjoy or find useful.

I also find it hard to make friends... I remember when I was a kid, I would just walk up to other kids on the street and start talking to them, and then we suddenly were doing something together... Nowadays this first step (establishing connection) has become nearly impossible for some reason
